Not exhaustive

Undoubtedly, it is the best amongst all search engines presently available. With all pages specific to India. But, It does not mean that it can't be made better.
Why can't the pages, which are not paid can still be listed. Many of my friends have made their personal website on a free server, but unfortunately search engine doesn't provide the results. Its shocking! whole purpose of symmetry of information is defeated.
If this problem is not catered to then probably tomorrow, someone else might come and cater this need much better than google, who'll deserve accolades and a five star rating from users.
Hope google ppl are listening.
